EXECUTIVE CONVERSATION RELEASES KNOW IT NOW™
A flexible, online learning framework for sales professionals.
SEATTLE, WA – Executive Conversation today announced the release of Know it Now,
an online learning framework of self-paced components that extends the company’s suite of
sales training solutions. Integrating a continuum of learning, skills application and
corresponding effectiveness measurement, the flexible, modular design of the framework enables
clients to match a learning plan to the roles and responsibilities of each level within their
organization.
“I’ve now shared Know it Now with a host of customers, and the overwhelmingly positive
response has been fantastic,” said Mike Rohan, President of Executive Conversation.
“The challenging, fast-paced learning experiences are designed to measurably improve our
customer’s sales performance.”
The online portal is accessible standalone, whereby learners login to an Executive Conversation
hosted environment, or; as components are SCORM-compliant and built to the latest standards, via an
internal LMS for customers who prefer to host Know it Now internally.
Know it Now Consists of Six (6) Components
Designed using activities that challenge participants to learn by doing, Know it Now
components include:
- Skill Assessments—For tailoring learning plans and tracking progress, Know it Now includes
5 versions of Executive Conversation’s proprietary Fluency Assessment for evaluating competency
in selling a solution's power to transform customer performance.
- Courseware— Know it Now's modular collection of approximately 20 hours of self-paced
courseware may be used standalone, or blended with other training to enrich the learning
experience and complement other training initiatives.
- Performance Simulations—Mapped to specific groups of courses, each simulation immerses
learners in a 3D selling environment where they guide role-specific avatars through a series of
branching decisions that model stages of the sales process.
- Manager Coaching Kits— Providing a structured, time-effective means for managers to continue
team development, kits provide step by step guidance for managers to build upon strategies
learned in Know it Now organized by where in the selling process a manager wants to focus.
CXO 2.0 Engagements— Designed for in-depth application, these remote, live, leader-led sessions
provide learners real-time opportunities to employ their new skills interacting with our
Consulting
Executives and address questions relevant to their account portfolio.
Management Reporting— Secure, online reporting is available 24 x 7 by individual, group, or
other meaningful audience segment to track team progress, view which individuals have completed
specific components and compare results between groups.
How it Works
Accessible from any Internet-enabled location, Know it Now learning solutions can be quickly
deployed to a global team with minimal time out-of-field disruption, no travel and no IT support.
Dynamically generated license keys are used by learners to create their personal Know it Now account
and access their required and recommended curriculum components.
